What does the price of the products shown on the website refer to?

The prices displayed on the website www.bullet24.pro (hereinafter Bullet24) are in CHF (Swiss francs) and include VAT, shipping costs are excluded and charged at the time of purchase.

What payment systems are accepted?

Our deliveries are made only upon payment in advance. It is possible to pay by bank transfer, Postfinance, Maestro, Twint, Visa and MasterCard.

Are there any order cancellation charges?

In case of cancellation of an order paid for by Credit Card, the credit card transaction processing fees, corresponding to 3% of the amount, will be deducted from the refund.

Can I make a custom order?

Yes, you can create a custom order of merchandise that is not in stock. A deposit of 50% of the price of the goods is required upon confirmation. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OF SPECIFICALLY ORDERED GOODS (excluding goods with problems covered by the manufacturer’s warranty).The timing for delivery of these orders will be communicated to the customer after contacting the manufacturers. Bullet24 can under no circumstances be held responsible for timelines other than those communicated, as these depend solely on the manufacturer.

What are the couriers and shipping costs?

We work with Swiss Post and charge a one-time fee of CHF 16.00 for parcels weighing up to 2 kg and to any destination within Switzerland. Higher weight parcels are subject to Swiss Post’s rates. Swiss Post rates apply for shipments abroad. The customer may choose to use other couriers (UPS, Fedex, DHL), the organization of parcel pickup and their cost are at his or her expense.

Is it possible to make additions to orders already sent?

Packages are prepared and shipped by the weekday following receipt of payment. Any additions are only possible if communicated in a timely manner and the package will be shipped on the weekday following receipt of payment for the addition.

I have submitted my order but have not yet received a confirmation email

Confirmation emails are sent by the next business day after the order is received.

Do I have to pay additional shipping for backorders?

No, we are responsible for shipping costs to Switzerland for backorder goods.

What is the delivery time?

Swiss Post’s delivery time for parcels is about 3 working days, Monday to Friday. Under no circumstances can Bullet24 be held responsible for timelines other than those reported, as these depend solely on Swiss Post.

Is my order insured?

Yes. All shipments are insured by Swiss Post up to a maximum amount of CHF 1’500.00. It is possible to insure higher amounts with the surcharge billed to the customer.

Is it possible to ship an order to a different address?

It is possible to ship to Switzerland to an address other than the one indicated on the invoice, if expressly stated in the appropriate area.

How do I receive an invoice for my purchase?

The invoice for your purchase will be emailed to the email address in your account, only after your payment has been received.

Is it possible to make a return of an ordered product?

Yes, you have 5 business days from our shipping date to return a product (the date on the postal receipt applies).
To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be in its original unopened packaging, with no writing or drawings and no scratches or dents.
You must also attach a copy of the invoice that was sent to you.
RETURNS OF SPECIALLY ORDERED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Can I make a return of an ordered product that has been opened?

In the case of returning a product whose packaging has been opened, the unequivocal and indispensable condition is that the product is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use, in addition, all accessories and standard equipment must be present in the package in their respective packaging and the package itself must be in perfect condition, without writing or drawings and without scratches or dents and must have been opened with due care.
You must also attach a copy of the invoice that was sent to you.

How can I return a product under warranty?

All products offered on the Bullet24.pro website (hereinafter Bullet24) are subject to the warranty of their manufacturers.
In case of return for possible repair or replacement under warranty, only their conditions apply.
For more information, we invite you to read the warranty conditions directly on the websites of the manufacturers themselves.
The procedure to follow when shipping products that may possibly be under warranty is as follows:
– notify us immediately by e-mail at info@bullet24.pro
– Bullet24 will contact the manufacturer to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, once this number is received, you will be notified immediately and only then can you send us the product, properly packaged and possibly in its original packaging, with a detailed description of the defect found and a copy of the purchase invoice attached.
– Bullet24 will then proceed, on your behalf, with the shipment to the manufacturer.
RETURNS OF SPECIALLY ORDERED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Shipping costs to the manufacturer are fully borne by the customer. Return of goods is the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Is an authorization number required to return a product?

Yes, manufacturers usually require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued by them for the shipment of products covered by warranty.
Bullet24 will take care of requesting this number on your behalf.

I received an incorrect item in my order. Do I have to pay shipping to return it?

No, if the item was sent to you due to our error, please notify us, email us a scan of the shipping receipt, and upon receipt of the package we will refund the shipping cost within 5 business days. The item must be in the condition described in Step 13.
On the other hand, if the item is on your order but you want to return it, the conditions listed in Step 13 apply.

How does the refund of the returned product take place?

Credit card: the amount will be refunded within 5 business days only to the same credit card used for the order. Credit card transaction processing fees corresponding to 3% of the amount will be deducted from the refund.
Bank transfer: the amount will be refunded within 5 business days only to the same IBAN used for the order.
Twint: the amount will be refunded within 5 business days only to the same cell phone number used for the order.

There will be no offsets with other purchases.

Is any defective merchandise under warranty?

Do I have to register in order to order a product?

Yes, to place any order on our Web Site www.bullet24.pro you need to register and create a free account with all personal data filled in the appropriate areas, which will be saved in our database according to the privacy policy and data processing. To Login in subsequent times, just enter your username and password.

Can I edit my account information?

Yes, after logging in you can update or change your personal information.

Is my personal information secure?

Each customer’s personal information is secure and carefully stored at our systems and according to our privacy policy.
