RETURN POLICY
At Bullet24 by M. Grassi (hereafter Bullet24) we want your experience with us to be as positive and easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 5 business days from our shipping date to return a product (the date on the postage receipt applies).
To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be in its original unopened packaging, without writing or drawings and without scratches or dents.
You will also need to attach a copy of the invoice that was sent to you.
Returned products must be shipped properly packaged, to the address on our Contact Us page.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you by e-mail of its receipt.
If your return complies with the conditions listed above and is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment) within 5 business days.
RETURNS OF SPECIALLY ORDERED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
In the case of returning a product whose packaging has been opened, the unequivocal and indispensable condition is that the product is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use, in addition, all accessories and standard equipment must be present in the package in their respective packaging and the package itself must be in perfect condition, without writing or drawings and without scratches or dents and must have been opened with due care.
You must also attach a copy of the invoice that was sent to you.

Other return methods are excluded.

WARRANTY
All products offered on the Bullet24.pro website (hereafter Bullet24) are subject to the warranty of their manufacturers.
In case of return for repair or replacement under warranty, only their conditions apply.
For more information, we invite you to read the warranty conditions directly on the websites of the manufacturers themselves.
The procedure to follow when shipping products that may possibly be under warranty is as follows:
- notify us immediately by e-mail at info@bullet24.pro
- Bullet24 will contact the manufacturer to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, once this number is received, you will be notified immediately and only then can you send us the product, properly packaged and possibly in its original packaging, with a detailed description of the defect found and a copy of the purchase invoice attached.
- Bullet24 will then proceed, on your behalf, with the shipment to the manufacturer.
- The cost of shipping to the manufacturer is borne in full by the customer.
- The return of the goods is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Please note: some manufacturers for their internal policies, demand that it is directly the end customer to send the defective product, they will then contact you directly.
In this case we will advise you of the correct procedure to follow and accompany you in its implementation if you deem it necessary.
In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion and unchallengeable decision of the manufacturer, who will then send it to Bullet24 at its expense.
Typically, exclusions from the warranty include intentional or accidental damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and improper or incorrect assembly.
The warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the inability to use the product. Any erasure or alteration of the serial number on the product will void the warranty. For more information, we encourage you to want to read the warranty conditions directly on the manufacturers’ own websites.
Bullet24 can under no circumstances be held responsible for any choice of manufacturers that does not go in the direction desired by the customer, as well as for their timing.
Bullet24 also reserves the right not to take charge of products not purchased from us, even if they are of brands that we handle.
Modifications.
We may amend these Warranty Conditions from time to time.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by posting a revised version of these terms on the Web Site(s).
